Eliza is our Relationship Manager at 元素. Her top five strengths are Arranger, Relator, Harmony, Responsibility, and Significance. These qualities enable her to build great connections with our partners, opening up several amazing opportunities for the credit union.
What does Eliza do?
When looking at her title, you might assume that Eliza’s only duty is to build relationships. However, her role extends far beyond that. As a Certified Financial Wellness Facilitator, Eliza regularly visits companies across the state to teach financial wellness classes and organize table events where she offers valuable resources and conducts credit reviews. She truly makes a positive impact through her dedication and personalized financial education, allowing members to gain our trust as their primary financial institution.
When did Eliza join 元素?
Eliza joined the credit union over five years ago after leaving her 10-year career as an Operations Manager. She felt that she couldn’t grow without moving out of state. Looking for a fresh start in a new city, Eliza was recommended her role at the credit union through another employee. “I applied, and the rest is history!伊丽莎说.
Why does Eliza enjoy working at 元素?

When she’s not at work, you can find Eliza with her husband and her two kids, which she refers to as her “three favorite people.” You might also find her relaxing with a book at her favorite vacation spot in St. Simons Island, GA.
What is a "fun fact" about Eliza?
Eliza used to live in Orlando, 佛罗里达, and she experienced some pretty cool things while she was there, like being in the same room as Britney Spears and *NSYNC at a party. How crazy is that?
